Workbee 1010 Package
I am totally impressed with Openbuilds. Packaging was top notch, everything was precision cut, not one missing screw or part. High quality fasteners (no stripped or broken screws during the build). Mine shipped the same day that I ordered it. Assembly tutorials are very detailed and easy to follow. Great Product. I have never raved about a product in a review until now.

This is a very neat piece of hardware! Assembly wasn't bad until things were out of square and then the "work" started. Finally with enough clamps, my wife, colorful language from both of us and some persistence, we finally got the unit in square. The screws are great for one time use, maybe even 2 but more than that and you better go clean out the metric section at your local hardware store because you WILL strip the heads of the supplied screws. I'll admit, it was a tossup between the 1010 and the Shapeoko but lead screws vs belts is what won me over. I can't speak for customer service for Carbide3d but Openbuilds' customer service has been top notch. Had some missing parts and they sent them out right away. The forums are a great source of info so use those if you get stuck. As a consumer grade machine, this seems to be everything and more than you could ask for.

Just completed the mechanical assembly of the cnc. Timeliness of shipping, packaging, video for assembly and all of the parts were top notch. Great Job Open Builds.
