Mistakes were made...Support contacted...
The actuator arrived well protected with foam and bubble wrap....LOTS of bubble wrap.. Assembly was simple with an easy to follow along video up until belt installation when it was discovered that the wrong belt was sent. (Got a GT2 instead of the GT3..) Sent support an email about it along with a picture and got a response in about an hour stating they would express ship the correct belt. I got that belt a couple days later. Thank you for owning the mistake and for a positive experience in getting it a corrected. If you need linear actuators, I definitely recommend OpenBuilds.
