The C-Beam® Tension XL Linear Actuator Bundle integrates a tensioning system that allows for extended actuator lengths while employing a Lead Screw transmission. This innovative design eliminates Lead Screw "whipping," ensuring both strength and precision. The XL C-Beam Tension Actuator is a pivotal component of the LEAD 1515 Machine.

• Adjustability provided with the Tension Nut, allowing users to fine-tune tension easily
• Thrust Bearings are utilized on both sides to maintain strength and stability during operations
• Dual Nut Block setup to support the Lead Screw and allow for anti-backlash adjustment
